Do you want to work in a modern and quality-driven repair shop where the focus is on professional craftsmanship, satisfied customers, and strong team spirit? We are now looking for a sheet metal damage repair technician who wants to contribute to Mechanum's continued development and deliver repairs at the highest level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing vehicle damage repairs according to the manufacturer's instructions and Mechanum's quality standards. The work is varied and includes everything from minor sheet metal damage to more advanced repairs, with the goal of restoring vehicles to their original condition.

You will work closely with damage assessors and the workshop manager to ensure a professional result and an efficient work process. The role combines practical work in the workshop with a clear service and quality focus.

• Extent: Full-time
• Working Hours: Evening, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Location: Malmö
• Start: Immediately
• Evening Bonus: 25%

• Perform sheet metal and damage repairs according to the manufacturer's instructions
• Ensure high quality in all aspects of the repair process
• Work with several of the market's leading car brands
• Collaborate with damage assessors and workshop management regarding planning and execution
• Contribute to improvements in work methods and workflows in the workshop

• Automotive technical education or equivalent work experience
• Experience as a sheet metal damage repair technician or similar role
• Quality-conscious, meticulous, and service-oriented
• Self-driven with a strong personal commitment
• Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Swedish spoken and written
• Driving license B
• Automotive technical education
• Previous experience in the profession

• Experience with Automaster, TACDIS, and Cabas
